Abstract

Using the MIDUS Milwaukee sample, we examined the relationship between physical, sexual assault and chronic health problems. Measures included sexual and physical assault history and number of chronic health conditions. Results suggested main effects of sexual assault (SA), physical assault (PA), and participant sex on number of chronic health conditions.
