Person-Organization Fit and Work Engagement: The Role of Authenticity at Work and Subgroup Differences

Abstract
The proposed study tests the link between person-organization fit and work engagement via authenticity at work. Additionally, subgroup differences in the relationship between person-organization fit and authenticity at work will be examined. Specifically, the fit-authenticity relationship is hypothesized to be weaker among tokenized employees compared to majority employees.
