The Zoom-Based Suggestion of a Hazardous Odor Induces Health Complaints

Does the description of an odor change health beliefs about the pandemic? One of three suggestions about odorants were given to 56 undergraduates, who then answered health-related questions. Participants in the negative suggestion condition were more likely to report health complaints, but their estimates of the pandemic were unaffected.
