Proposal for the Development of a Competency Model for Interns in Industrial and Organizational Psychology Graduates Programs

This proposal describes a project to develop and validate a competency model for graduate I/O psychology interns. We summarize the results of the first phase and propose a process to validate the model with key stakeholders. Feedback on validation methods will support the development process needed for value-added intern performance.
