- Josephine Granner

Abstract
We used a qualitative content analysis of individual interviews to explore the experiences and intervention needs of 15 new first-time fathers who are survivors of childhood maltreatment trauma. Fathers reported that early parenting was more challenging because of mental health symptoms, poor parenting role models, and needs that remained unmet.
