Maladaptive Personality Trait Domains, Stigmatization of Mental Health Services, and Treatment-Seeking Attitudes and Behavior

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between maladaptive personality traits, self-stigma, and treatment-seeking attitudes and behavior in a sample of 500 community participants. Results replicate previous findings related to self-stigma, normal-range personality, and treatment-seeking, and extend these findings to the domain of maladaptive personality variants.
