Morphologic Changes of Cortical and Limbic Regions in Offspring of a Parent with Depression

Depression is associated with cortical thinning in both adults and adolescents but it is unclear if cortical thinning in children is associated with parental depression scores. This study recruited 96 youth without depression and one parent with history of depression. Parental depression severity was associated with cortical thinning in youth.
