Abstract

The present study examined the relationship between race, ethnicity, alcohol expectancies and peer and sibling deviancy in the attainment of alcohol use milestones in an adolescent sample drawn from an urban high school. Results indicate that peer and sibling deviancy, along with race/ethnicity are associated with milestone attainment in youth.
