Abstract
Our prospective study points to a complex clinical picture and challenges associated with ASD risk assessment in extremely preterm children with neurological complications (measured with MRI of the brain). Based on the assessment at 2 years (STAT and developmental status) and 4 years (ADOS-2), three distinct developmental profiles were identified.
