Abstract
This study will investigate the utility of video self-modeling for the treatment of video conferencing anxiety by having participants view themselves in a short, self-modeling video. It is hypothesized that participants will have a reduction in clinical anxiety levels, physiological concomitants of anxiety, and observable manifestations of anxiety.
