“Neurodivergent Womxn Unite!”: The Dissemination of Novel Inclusive Language Forms Online

The proposed research will behaviourally analyse how novel inclusive language forms (e.g., ‘neurodivergent’) are adopted and disseminated online. Specifically, we aim to use topic modelling and sentiment analysis to understand how the affective and semantic context surrounding inclusive language forms impacts their rate of diffusion in online networks.
