Abstract

Due to the significantly impairing nature of anxiety in youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), the current study sought to explore underlying factors in this relationship. Results revealed a significant positive association between Theory of Mind (ToM), a commonly-associated deficit in ASD, and anxiety symptoms among youth with ASD.
