Psychometric Analysis of Student Evaluation of Education Quality on Instructor Gender and Race Differences

Abstract
Using the class-level data (N = 17,718) in a large university, this study examined the factor structure of Student’s Evaluation of Educational Quality (SEEQ). The results supported the hypothesized eight-dimensional structure as designed. Measurement invariance analysis suggested an absence of student-report bias towards instructors of different gender, race, and schools.
