Firefighter Suicidality and Help-Seeking Behavior: A Mixed-Methods Study

Research reveals that suicide and mental health problems are a growing concern among firefighters. The present study will use an exploratory mixed method design to investigate firefighter experiences with help-seeking so as to identify culturally specific facilitators and barriers to care. If warranted, a culturally sensitive measure will be developed.
