Abstract
The study will examine if anxiety sensitivity, conceptualized as a fear of anxiety symptoms, moderates the relationship between anxiety symptomology and sleep quality. It is predicted that individuals with high anxiety sensitivity are more likely to worry about the negative effects of poor sleep, interfering with their sleep quality.
