Abstract
Through one pre-registered Study we experimentally tested the role of linguistic frames in shaping people’s redistribution support. According to the CLT, participants showed greater support for progressive taxation when presented as far in time and broad in scopes. A fit effect between psychological distance and construal level was also found.
