Abstract

The present study examined the role of college students’ family income as a predictor of work-school conflict and work-school facilitation, with financial security as a mediator. Findings unexpectedly revealed that income was a significant positive predictor of work-school conflict and work-school facilitation while financial security was not a significant mediator.
