The Underlying Dynamics of Daily Interactions: Gender Differences in Experiences of Idea Dismissal and Stealing

I will examine the relationship between a conversation participant’s gender (male or female), an idea dismisser/stealer’s gender (male or female), and the dependent variables, the participant’s participation and reported affect to gauge if and how women and men react after their ideas are dismissed and attributed to someone else.
