Abstract
This cross-sectional study (n=114) investigated recovery strategies (Sonnentag and Fritz, 2007) of employees during rest time. Results revealed that control strategy moderate the existing relationship between role conflict and positive/negative affects at rest. Likewise, detachment and relaxation strategies moderate the positive relationship between role ambiguity and negative affects at rest.
