Does Intellectual Humility Reflect “Healthy" Personality?

We investigated whether intellectual humility (IH) reflects “healthy” personality traits. We examined the relations between IH and measures of psychopathology in two samples. IH measures tended to be robustly negatively associated with a range of psychopathology features. Thus, IH may reflect a blend of seemingly adaptive metacognitive and relational features.
