The Effects of Culture Orientation and Tripartite Model of Work

The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between Culture Orientation (individualism v. collectivism) and Tripartite Model of Work Orientation (Wrzesniewski, McCauley, Rozin & Schwartz, 1997) in a diverse population. Results from statistical analyses demonstrated significant relationships between culture orientation and different work orientations.
