Abstract
This study predicted that students with higher levels of experienced mental health support from faculty and peers would have better perceived organizational support, life satisfaction, and organizational commitment, moderated by the student’s expected support and depression/anxiety symptomatology. Data supported the main effect of experienced support, but not the interactions.
