Abstract

This study examined effects of race, gender, and racial stereotypicality on how harshly elementary students are disciplined for infractions. Elementary teachers took a survey in which they evaluated disciplinary infractions of third grade students. Statistical analyses of responses found data in line with the theory of Intersectional Invisibility.
