Abstract
This study aims to understand which emotion regulation skills are associated with psychological functioning for psychotherapy clients during COVID-19. Patients with low emotional awareness saw an increase in symptom severity, while patients with low self-efficacy maintained symptoms and those with high emotional self-efficacy saw an increase in symptom severity.
