Abstract
Reward learning systems undergo substantial changes during adolescence. Early life adversity (ELA) increases the risk of negative developmental outcomes in adolescents. We examined ELA as a moderator of the relationship between acute psychosocial stress and reward learning. High ELA was associated with more accurate responses to reward stimuli pre-and post-stress.
