Abstract

Advanced technology offers exciting possibilities for training delivery, but more research is needed to understand the effects on pre-training attitudes. This experiment assessed participants’ (N=229) confidence to succeed in a cross-cultural training, where the delivery mode’s technological sophistication varied. Participants’ technology self-efficacy moderated training modality’s effect on learning self-efficacy.
