Teachers and Administrative Workers: Differences in Cognitive Processes, Personality and Self-Efficacy at Work.

Abstract
The aim was to analyze differences in the cognitive processes, personality and self-efficacy between teachers and administrative workers. The results confirm that there are two different profiles. Teachers have higher levels of executive attention, working memory, conscientiousness, agreeableness, extroversion, openness, self-efficacy at work and less alertness, neuroticism than administrative workers.
