Abstract
This study investigates changes in sleep and associations with discrimination between Filipino migrants and non-migrants from the Health of the Philippines Survey (HoPES). Migrants reported an average of 18.8 fewer minutes of sleep/year post-migration, but consistently higher sleep quality than non-migrants. Discrimination negatively impacted duration and quality trajectories.
