Role of Parenting Skills on the Associations between Parental Depression and Stress and Observed Aggressive Behavior in Children with Developmental Delay

The goal of this study was to examine the moderating role of parenting skills on the association between parental stress and depression and observed child aggression. Negative parenting skills moderated the associations, such that higher frequency of negative parenting skills strengthened associations between parental stress and depression and child aggression.
