Examining the Relationship between Paradox Mindset and Creative Problem Solving

Creative problem solving has a demonstrated relationship with goal orientation and more recently has been found to have a unique relationship with paradox mindset. This study has analyzed the moderating effect of paradox mindset on goal orientation and creative problem solving and found significant interactions amongst the constructs.
