Abstract
Theories of evolutionary psychology highlight potential for the COVID-19 pandemic to have changed attitudes toward food and eating. In the present study (N = 662), we surveyed adults in the United States before and again during the pandemic. Results indicated an increase in openness to vegetarianism over time.
