Abstract
In a sample of 334 Chinese families involving mothers, fathers, and children (48.50% girls, Mage = 46.40 months), the present study revealed that mindful parenting and children’s self-regulation mediated between parents’ depressive symptoms and child adjustment outcomes, including internalizing problems, externalizing problems, and prosocial behavior.
