Abstract
One prominent measure of vocational identity development is the Vocational Identity Status Assessment (VISA). This study assessed five alternatives to the confirmed initial six-factor structure for the VISA in three college student samples. Results indicated that the six-factor structure was the best-fitting model and showed evidence of multigroup invariance.
