Abstract
This trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an Ecological Momentary Intervention (EMI) in healthy college students in the context of COVID-19. We seek to investigate how self-efficacy can be enhanced, and perceived stress reduced, through daily memory-based training delivered through a self-guided mobile application.
