Using Character Strengths at Work Improves Psychological Capital & Work Engagement

This study aims to examine how individuals can express themselves in the workplace in ways that drives work engagement. We utilize a three-wave cross-lagged panel model design to model the reciprocal relationship between strengths use at work & work engagement, and the mediating role of psychological capital.
