Abstract
The link between turnover intention and actual turnover has found to be weak. We revisited this issue, suggesting that the use of point-biseral correlation to represent this link underestimates the strength. We illustrated our arguments in four computer simulations. We proposed a preliminary adjustment by reanalyzing of a recent meta-analysis.
