Productivity Tool Usage, Goal Models, and Quality of Goal Pursuit Experiences

This study of university students (N=213) explored how productivity tool usage relates to goal model styles and goal pursuit experiences. Results indicate a sequential goal model style relates to certain productivity tool use, and variations in tool use are linked to individual differences (e.g., goal setting, stress).
