Enhancing Wellbeing through Practicing Gratitude in Teachers: The Results of an Experimental Intervention

Abstract
The paper presents the results of a twelve weeks gratitude intervention done with teachers from Romania during Covid time in 2020. The results showed significant differences in terms of wellbeing and perceived stress among teachers who were involved in weekly gratitude practicing, comparing with control group. Implications are disscused.
