University Students’ Time Perspectives, Depression, and Professional Help-Seeking at the Beginning and the End of a Semester

This study explores the relationships between Zimbardo’s time perspectives and depression within a university sample. Participants were measured at two time points. Results showed significant relationships among time perspective, diagnosis of depression, and the act of seeking professional help with depressive symptoms.
