An Examination of Green Organizations: Do Parents’ Experiences at Work Influence Their Interactions at Home?

While research indicates the positive outcomes of green organizations, we do not know the full extent of their effects. We find support for a relationship between green characteristics at parents' workplaces, and familial interactions focused on environmental issues at home, demonstrating the far-reaching effects of these practices.
