Adult Aging Improves Word Retrieval Success Independent of Mindfulness and Anxiety

Abstract
We administered several measures of mindfulness and anxiety to determine how they relate to word retrieval performance. We found age-related changes in many variables, and evidence that successful word retrieval is related to some measures of mindfulness and anxiety. However, age-related changes were generally independent of these other relationships.
