Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic caused lockdowns around the world. Consequently, organisations need to examine the effect of remote working on their employees. This study investigated the link between personality traits and their moderating effect on engagement and professional isolation. This research highlights the importance of examining personality traits in remote working.
