Abstract
Employees may actively manage the home-to-work transition by ‘reattaching’ with work. Moving beyond cognitively-focused reattachment strategies, the proposed study will combine an experimental and experience sampling design to isolate the daily effects of a motivationally-based reattachment strategy, positive reflection, on autonomous motivation.
