Generativity and Agency: Do Gender and Age Matter?

The purpose of the current study was to examine whether there were gender differences in generative and agentic goals. The study found a significant negative relationship between age and agency and an overall positive correlation between agency and generativity. The study showed no gender differences in generativity or agency.
