- Lisa Badanes

Abstract
In a sample of college students, adverse childhood experiences predicted lower GPA scores in participants who identified as white. In our sample of participants who identified as non-white, current economic hardship was the stronger predictor of GPA. For both groups, cortisol reactivity moderated the effect of stress on GPA.
