Abstract

Intimate partner violence (IPV) is considered a priority public health issue. The purpose of this research is to evaluate whether dark personality traits moderate the relationships between partners’ and participants’ IPV perpetration, and to investigate whether personality traits mediate the relationships between childhood exposure to IPV and perpetration in adulthood.
