Abstract
Research shows individuals with Klinefelter Syndrome (KS) have marked physical, cognitive, and social-emotional symptoms. This study evaluated social-emotional functioning in boys with KS throughout puberty and found elevated levels of self-reported anxiety, depression, and social difficulties compared to typically developing peers.
