Self-Perceived Employability and Psychological Well-Being in Minority College Students

The purpose of the present study was to explore the role of psychological well-being in predicting perceptions of employability in minority college students. The results suggested that self-acceptance and purpose in life are the most relevant components of psychological well-being when predicting perceptions of employability in minority students.
