Development and Preliminary Validation of a Diversity Signaling Scale

The present study describes initial efforts to develop and validate a new measure to assess the perceived importance of organizational efforts to signal diversity values. Factor structure and dimensional relations with existing measures of diversity attitudes, just world beliefs, distributive and procedural justice, cultural intelligence, and FFM personality are reported.
