Abstract
This study examined undergraduate students’ perceptions of the transition to virtual classrooms during the COVID-19 pandemic. Students expressed uncertainty and anxiety about the transition. Six comment themes emerged that included: constant communication; use of the learning management system; leveraging technology; instructor support, flexibility, and characteristics; classroom engagement; and course management.
